resources usage of my wordpress site - solutions required

    My wordpress video blog consumes more resources.
    All the pictures and videos are hotlinked from other sites.
    My host informed me about this problem.
    It contains 2500 posts with pictures and video links,with cpm,popup ads from adbrite and linkbucks.
    Also it consumes about 500 mb bandwidth/day.
    Total page visits is about 1500/day with 400 uniques.

    How can i solve this problem?

    any solutions?

    Did you recently installed any plugin in your wordpress blog. Also you can use Wordpress cache plugin (if you are not using it) to increase the performance of your blog.

    Sitemap plugin should not create any problem.

    Is the problem started after installing wp-o-matic ? Also change the time to fetch the feed. It may require high resource if you are fetching more feed at a time.

    Try using a Wordpress cache plugin. It will hopefully solve things.
