How Did You Spend New Year's Eve?

DW and I just hung out at the nearby plaza near our condo here in Metro-Manila, drank coffee at Starbucks, and watched the fireworks show at midnight. I guess were at that stage of life where we don't have to party down to have a good time.

What did other DP forum members do to celebrate? Was it as much fun as you anticipated?

 

My wife and I watched movies, good movies.

 

I suck at home.

I spent New Year's Eve in familly and with some friends it was much fun than I'd anticipated...oh and I was glad about fireworks

 

With family and friends having great evening watched movies and had dinner together

 

My whole family was sick with the flu. I made an appearance at a friend's party but left early and was in bed at 11:45pm! Next day I was sick as a dog... Flu season sucks!

 

What did you see? We watch movies with the Apple TV and lately their library is really outdated!

me too but we celebrated three days

 

I was asleep at midnight. Did you know that we missed the last second of the year. They had a leap second because of the Earth's wobble. So when everyone did the countdown, they were all wrong. I felt robbed.

 

I remember, I'm such a boring person. I just sleep before the year ends,hehehe

 

Spent it with my bestfriends, everyone brought food and beverage- We played Wii with kids for a while than the adults played beerpong (which was a blast) than watched the ball drop with the kids and lit off fireworks

Just stayed at home during the day, then went to see some fireworks at night.
