A new ad network (PAYING)

    Hi i just got paid from this new cpm network not much cpm just about 0.04-0.08 cents per ad but a low payout of 3$

    Nice to read that you got payment. But this site in which you work has fees to join as other PPC sites have? Is this legitimate site & work?
