I was searching the web, suddenly I found that Allthelook web directory becomes authority site. See at http://www.google.com/search?q=allthelook&sourceid=navclient-ff&ie=UTF-8&rlz=1B3GGGL_enBD241BD261 Wish you all the best Right IT Corporation
^^ No its not @OP shame you didn't look all thw way to the search feature - http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=728697&highlight=allthelook There was already a 3 page thread on it as it happened about a year ago
ya...it is absolutely right that allthelook became authorized site 1 year ago.....but after that it lost that authorization....now again it came back and gained the authorization of search engine....Congrats for that
Yes it was started by someone else. Anyhow, Congratulations! No doubt Allthelook is the fastest growing web directory as ever. I wish all the best. Btw, I would like to suggest you to build or upgrade to latest phpLD version and enabling users to signup with articles section there, it will help maintaining the authority status.
Oh thanks for this point , my directories all buried in hell and need some time to gain authority again.
Truly agreed.. Such threads are simply a waste of time and shameless self promotion with gang of friends.
I have use the dir lots before so its great to see it getting some respect ! All the best for the future allthelook !
I think there are other few billions out there that you didn't knew either... SURPRISE ! PS: I personally dunno what is your age
Site links have nothing to do with authority, site Links are to help users navigate to different pages of your site. See here. That site is mine and it’s not an authority site. Thanks Brian
Authority is in the eyes of the beholder. Google has explained the extra links you sometimes see in search results are dynamically added and are not as previously speculated an indication of a site being an 'authority' in it's field.
I agree pornhub comes top if you search for 'sex' or 'porn' and has sitelinks, but it provides no real information about porn just lots of pornographic videos. Some may say a site like http://www.xyclopedia.net/ is more authoritative.
