Trying to improve my stats all together an help would be appreciated on my adsense placement and etc.

I usually average around at least 40 impressions daily
and i have 1090 visitors daily

Try placing a 250x250 or 300x250 instead of the 468x60, that will definitely increase your CTR.

Sounds like you get a lot of traffic, which is a good thing. Making any money, or is this not one of your goals?

try 200x200 adsense

 

I think he means, with that amount of traffic you can get alot of money.

 

Current placement looks ok but you can always try to add another ad unit on the sidebar to see whether that helps or otherwise.
