    I have a bit of spare time and want to build up a reputation on some forums and then use it for marketing purposes, can you digital pointers give me a list of all the popular ones you know?

    Big boards is a nice site to find all the big forums, me personally i use and recommend DP and WarriorForum :D

    dp is always going to be the best. Also if dofollow links are the best why dont all forums provide them instead of do not follow?

    Just type popular forums list and niche keyword like webmaster in google . You can get good lists with comparison details like PR , Users , Alexa rank etc .

    It depends on your niche. Write this in Google: niche keyword+forum and you'll get a list ;)
