Is the Keyword Tracker Tool broken?

Anyone else having trouble with this tool? I've written DP support a couple times and not heard anything back. It's been over a month now that it's been non-functional for my account.

Basically what happens is I click on Check All and it then goes to the little countdown of how many keywords it has left to check. Instead of checking them sort of slowly, it counts down rapidly and is done with my 100+ keywords in literally seconds. All rankings are shown as "0" even though I rank for most of these keywords.

Any ideas?

It's odd... it has worked perfectly for years. What did I do?

 

To be honest I think that the best keyword tool is google "adwords" you can target specific keywords as well as get an exact number of monthly and daily hits.

could it be there is a limit to number of calls the keyword tracker tool can generate ?

 

I wondered the same thing!

Anyone know if that is the case?
