    Hey all!

    Up for sale is a unique Wordpress based blog that covers the "recession" niche, which, ask anyone, is definitely the hottest topic around right now, and will probably continue to be for years to come.

    The blog uses the "Lifestyle" Revolution2 theme, and has obviously been a bit customized to get the look that I was going for.

    This blog is ready and able to promote any affiliate program dealing with the recession niche, but for simplicity, I went 100% Adsense as it's easy to insert/change, etc...I'm sure ads being served from the "recession" keyword are highly competitive, which means a higher payout for you overall.

    Most importantly, there are nine 100% unique articles that are well written, and all include royalty free images. Images always make an article easier to read and it looks nicer, hence the reason I included them.

    It has been indexed in Google    , and although it's a very fresh (new) blog, it's received a tiny amount of search traffic, but for the sake of selling, assume little to no traffic and no revenue. (That's your job!).

    Wow, what happened to the site market! The content alone is worth more than $20-$30! Yes, as it says in the description, the content is 100% unique - written by a well known DP writer.
