You can have any number of account with the same address but different person... I dont see any problem....

Once you get banned.. you are not allowed to open another account. So, google may not allow another person from that address cos they think it is the first person trying to get another account in someone elses name.

It seems people are confusing with the above scenario.

I think its better to ask AdSense guys about this issue. They will let you know if its against their policy.

Many variation answers... I'm confuse about this, which is the right answer, "its okay" or "not". I want try this by let my sister signing up with her names (and of course her email address too). But I'm worry it'll take me banned.
My average revenue from adsense is not big like you all, but not bad ($4 - $8 per day) from three of my blogs.
I've read adsense policy again, but no items there that answered my problem..

I think the answer is pretty simple. Listen to the people who have already done it and it was totally fine. As long as you have a different name and email address you will be fine.

For the people have got banned they have got banned for other reasons. That is for sure because like I said I've been doing this myself for over half a year without a problem and other members have been doing it as well.

NOTE: if you are really worried about this then just setup a channel for your sister like people mentioned and give her the code to put on her website. Then you can split the income between you guys. However if you do this and she breaks the rules then your account will get banned so its actually not even as safe and probably not recommended.

Yes, I agree with both of you. It is better to ask this question from Google in other to be sure, because if you are banned, it is not easy to get the account back. Good luck

Have you tried? Do you know this for a fact? I don't know why people say this when I have done it myself and it works. No problem at all.

I think it's okay to have 2 accounts. Just don't put your codes on the same sites... Keep it separate and don't log in from the same IP.

I think the big confusion that comes around when talking about 2 accounts from the same address it's actually the history of the 2 adsense accounts.

Say you have 2 family members (let's call them brothers), they live in the same place, same PC or different PC doesn't really mater, but as long as the sites that they used for signing up in adsense were on the correct names and everything they do is in compliance of Adsense TOS, then you should have no problem having 2 google adsense accounts under the same physical address.

Say you had an adsense account and you did something bad on it (doesn't mater what) and then want a safety net, or if your account was already banned and you try to open a new one on a different family member, that should not work.

They dont allow for some countries... here is the mail received by my brother who applied to new adsense account.
    ----
Thank you for your interest in Google AdSense.

While reviewing your application, we found that your address information
matches a currently approved AdSense account. For AdSense publishers in
certain countries, we're only able to accept one account per physical
address. As a result, we're unable to accept your application for the
    program at this time.

    We appreciate your understanding.

    Sincerely,

    The Google AdSense Team

I had two accounts in two different countries with same name. They closed the one that had higher adsense earnings. I never received any payment from google on the closed accounts.
