My website, http://gengpc.com has been around for about 2 month but my total adsense revenue was below a dollar. Can someone give me some advice on how the placement should be and maybe some tips on font color etc..? You can view my traffic details by clicking on sitemeter..

You are expecting too much in such a short time.

It will take a while before you start seeing any reasonable amount of income. Meanwhile keep posting.

Otherwise, I think you have a nice clean blog.

    Good Work!

Thank you for your opinion. I really appreciate it.

erm..what do you think of my adsense color scheme. do you think it suits my overall theme?

Anyone else want to review my website?

HI. the blog looks clean and the ads are also well placed. I'd suggest that you use some other web traffic software like awstats or maybe statcounter. The one at sitemeter tells you the number of visits per day. It will be a good think if u have track of unique visitors to your site.

I would place adsense after a post (large rectangle) - immediately below, and in the right column - the big 160x600 and none in the posts.

It looks to much overcrowded with advertising for me.

I would remove AdUnit from the top under your post.

Yes, get the top ads away from there. Get a skyscraper ad down the right hand side instead. it will be more effective. See mine here as an example.

The main problem is that your blog is not focused, so the ads you get are not very targetted. When I visited your blog, I saw two ads for "Graphic Design School." Do some keyword research, and then try to focus your blog around the tech keyword(s) you choose.

Earning depends on no. of visitor. On avrg. $3-4/1000 visits. You dont have good traffic.

One suggestion: include keyword and description in meta tags.

    kulimboy,

I love the Blix Theme by Sebastian Schmieg and icons by Kevin Potts. I'm using the same theme at Ainuddin.com but not at Blog.bestwebsites.com.my which is the blog of BestWebsites.com.my currently ranked among the top 5 websites by Google for the search phrase of "best websites".

Liewcf.com is a good example currently ranked 18,638th by Alexa.com.

Since you are talking about SEO (keyword reserach, etc) I suggest you get a free copy of the eBook. See my signature.

    Try this link:

    http://uv.bidtool.overture.com/d/USm/search/tools/bidtool/

Keep in mind that the values displayed are the highest advertiser's bid, but this tool can help you determine the relative value of a keyword.
