Generate about 5000 visitors a day

I need help, I want to have at least 5000 visitors a day on my website, i already use google ppc, but i want to find other ways where i can generate more traffice

You need to have a lot of work to do that..

 

Find a relavent forum and sponsor it. If your site is a specific niche, chances are there is a forum out there with tons of traffic that you can sponsor for a reasonable price. Then your name can be all over it and you can own exclusive rights to market your site/products to the users of that forum.

Another one is Craigslist. There's alot of people there too.

 

Build backlinks, make posts to forum and promote your site on toplists / linklists

 

PPC can be very expensive, try using banners or article writing

 

It will give you some benefit, but no much.

Blog commenting will help a little, but only if you make your posts appealing and informative.

 

I would also suggest that since you have enough posts here on DP, you can add your website to your sigline for further traffic

I recommend SEO, it's the best way to get steady constant free targeted traffic! Search Engine traffic is the highest quality traffic to get!

 

Is there a reason why you chose 5000 visitors a day? The more the better but in most cases sites getting around 200-500 visitors a day still do pretty well. Depends what your goal is with the particular site.

Heavey21, if you want that many on a daily basis, you are going to have to get off your butt and do some advertising. It's the only way for that kind of traffic.

 

Any traffic will do or only targeted traffic?

If you need targeted traffic, write more and more original content addressing all that the users in your niche would need. It is a long term strategy. You cant wake up tomorrow to see nothing much has changed and be frustrated.
