if your video is violating the youtube term and condition, your video will get deleted in any circumstance. I will usually advise my customers after view their video. for video require age confirmation, i can't deliver the views as it is too much restriction to do so. But, i can still provide ratings/favorites/comments to this type of video. Regards, Alan
