Google screwed me. Help !!!

Last i week i reached $200 mark in my adsense account. But i wanted to change my Payee Name. Google apparently doesn't allow that.
So, i filled up a form to change my payee name and then they emailed me to cancel my account and open a new account in your desired payee name.

I did so. After canceling my account, when i applied for new account i was REFUSED.

    I received this mail
Thank you for your interest in Google AdSense. Unfortunately, after

    I have few Questions :-
    1) I have a 6 month old blog, by which in first place i was accepted in adsense. Why not now
    2) is blogspot not allowed anymore ? I have to buy a domain and then apply after 6 months ?
    3) They told me my cheque will be sent to me within 90 days. How do i track that ?

I have mailed them my problem several times but i got automated response of checking their adsense blog out.

You should try resolving this "page type" issue. If that's not possible, try buying a website, whose domain is more than "6 months" old.

If you canceled your adsense account, then they should send a $200 check to your mailing address.

your answer is on the email you got:

    - Your website must be your own top-level domain (www.example.com and
    not www.example.com/mysite).

These are new regulations of adsense.
They are strickter now for accepting new websites (which is your case as far as they know), as when you cancel the account, you actually re-apply again like a new guy.

It seems that Google is getting strict with AdSense enrollment. So, you might have a wait for another 6 months. Sorry to see that but the sooner you start, the better it will be.

Unfortunately, you should never try to change an account when there is money in it. It may be that if you are changing the payee name, your name is the one that owns the blogspot account and the original Adsense account. Changing your account to a new name means that the new payee does not own the blogger account or they have not owned it for at least 6 months.

I believe that is what the email is telling you.

I would invest $10 from the $200 you have coming in buying a domain. Hope it all works out.
