    I like the design, except the logo image, you shuold change it or link it back to the home page, but it's my own taste! Great domain name for the niche. It seems to load not very quickly by my side.

    its a nice niche, good domain and not bad laout even if it isnt web 2.0. However i personally hate fixed width forums i suggest changing to liquid otherwise posts are squashed, you also need descriptions for each section to cover up a bit of the white space.

    Also i'd get friends to post before you advertise it, otherwise people come once and see it empty and never feel compeled to go back because of previous experience.

    Which logo are you refering to? You can change the favicon. it'll be named favicon.ico and is usually 17x17 pixels.
