Sure. But you can login to your paypal and click View Limits. It's always allow for you a limit to send payment , if you due that limit, you must get verify and then continue to payment more.

eBay India doesn't seem to support PayPal. They use another Gateway called PaisaPay.

But, some ebay sellers do use PayPal. It's best to contact and ask them.

Are you sure ebayIndia doesnot support Paypal?
It is hard to believe particularly since paypal is owned by ebay itself....

Paypal and eBay are the same company. You should have no problem purchasing your stuff even if your account is unverified.

sure, since paypal is owned by ebay, think that no problem to use Paypal money to buy goodies on ebay, even the unverified paypal account.

i guess that the issue when you use any unverified paypal to pay on ebay will only your limit. you wont get any problem on ebay payment while your paypal is verified.
but confirming directly to ebay will always safe for you.

Yeah PayPal is an eBay company, so it is accepted at eBay. However, not all dealers will accept PayPal, but most will. Just check on individual items and you will see the accepted forms of payment.

This happen to me a year ago.

I had money and I was unable to withdraw as I dint had bank account it seems to be same for you.

If you cant verify your account then go for VCC you can verify your account with VCC and then you can use xoom.com for bank transfer.

If you want to buy something then you will have to use ebay that too you will need to contact seller first as your accunt is unverified.

I like their paypal debit card.
