That's the site I currently run, and due to some personal reasons I need to sell the site, so here's my pitch.

The Main Site:
The main site has a very nice unique design. It is very pleasing to the eyes and many gamers are very attracted to it, I have got nothing but compliments about it.

The template is coded in valid xHTML/CSS (there are 3-4 errors on the site because of the custom latest post script, if they were to be validated the script would not work right, so it's not really the coding of the template itself). It is also coded in PHP and has a very, very nice custom CMS which makes adding content so much easier.

The latest post script and login script are custom and they work flawlessly. If you login on the main site you stay logged in there and you are also logged in on the forums and vice versa.

However the main site doesn't have a pagerank for some reason but should soon, I have bought a couple of links with sites with pageranks of 4+ and have many other random links on sites that have lower pageranks.

*I bought a link off of you and you said that your site should be a PR of 5 or 6.

The Forums:
The forum design matches the main templates skin perfectly and is very much so integrated with it. If you update the Recent News in the CMS it updates on the site and on the forums.

All of the buttons/icons/smilies are done and look fine on the forums.

The forums are pretty active, there are about 130 members, 1100 posts, and 220 threads. I usually see 2-4 members and around 5-7 guests on at times between 9:00 AM - 11:00 PM.

We have many talented staff members that get the job done very well. They are well expierenced/season veterens at holding a staff posistion. I could get them to stay if you wanted me to and/or I could stay as an admin until you got your feet on the ground, but none of this is neccesary.

Revenue:
I didn't have adsense on but for a little more than a week but I made around $40. I'm looking for the screenshot now.

*I can't find the screenshot because img-upload.com deletes uploads that are old, but I hope you can trust me on what i'm saying.

I took the ads down because I didn't feel right trying to make money off of a site that I wanted to make for fun.

Ok? Then I was banned after I took the ads down. They might have banned me because I messed up with deleting the code when trying to take them down becuase if i'm correct, you can't mess with the ads coding.

 

Damn I was about to bid on it for my son.....to see where he could take it but without Adsense I"m better off building him a site.

 

Well if i'm banned it's probably because I screwed with the coding when I tried to delete it. Now that this is cleared up, can you guys please stop flaming my thread?

Also, there's more advertising programs than just Adsense if anyone knew that...

 

Well note this should not be a problem at all. If site is nice as it looks you can apply for YPN and forget about Adsense.

In my opinion the problem of this post is only selling a site talking about adsense revenue and dont saying site is banned. Only that.

 

I took them down before I was banned. I had no idea I was banned. I was probably banned becuase when I tried to remove some of the codes I guess it didn't work out so well and your not aloowed to mess with the adsense codes.
