The template is not bad but I do not like the color scheme, it's difficult to read the text on certain parts of the page, you should use different colors.
I can see your point there, thank you. The template, buttons and everything was created from scratch using basic shapes and shadow effects. It's the first time I have attempted to create a template like this from scratch.
I would make the text in the flash chat button much clearer. Also, I don't think you need that site title reflection. Good luck with it.
I wouldn't call it reflection, it looks not professional. text have too many colors on your site. buttons are not clear enough.
I did not design. The buttons are difficult to read. All would like to change and seek inspiration in the css galleries
