Well; I do get those on a blog I do do promotion on. That one is doing well indeed, but the others I started I do no promotion on and they do bad. I don't do promotion myself so it costs me money, meaning that it would make too little profit. I'll blog about that some more. And no I'm not willing to share the plugin yet, I did some major tweaking on it and I built in some AI stuff which I created years ago which seems to work fine for having a completely automated blog with somewhat original content. Maybe I'll selll it one day So to rephrase my previous post; Yes it works for me, but not as I want The one that works does about $5-7 / day.
So, how would you suggest promoting an autoblog, I'm assuming the same way as you would a normal blog? But 1k UVs per day is pretty big... surely you've got some sort of special technique Also, is it actually legal to run autoblogs? I'm sure when the original blog writer writes the post, it is copyright to him, so if you then use his content then it's copyright infringment?
I have no idea if it is legal, but I live in NL ; let them come and get me Also; if they ask to remove, I remove, but hasn't happened so far; it also advertises their stuff ofcourse. And for traffic... Well I don't know; getting traffic is very simple,monetizing it is not. I have sites with millions of UVs/month which don't do as good and I have sites with a few 1000 which make great money. So don't stare blind on visitors; $ is the thing you should be worried about I have some greyhat techniques (maybe they are white; i don't know actually to make a lot of traffic and monetizing it,without hosting costs, for a year after that. I'm writing those in an ebook which I will sell at one point.
Very true, I had a proxy a month ago that had a fair amount of traffic and made a couple of dollars a month, then another with about a third of the traffic which made $60 per month. Suppose it's all down to the type of visitors you get. That said, you don't get revenue without traffic. What plugin(s) do you use on your automated blogs?
I'm sure you can milk a few dollars out of auto-blogs - but nothing seriously effective. I mean why would people want to visit your site when they can view from the original blog? The only way to earn "Big $$" from blogging is you have to be unique, unless you have 1000+ AutoBlogs earning $0.50 a day from Adsense you won't be happy.. and maintaining or even promoting 1000+ websites is much harder than to maintain one while voicing what you have to say IMO anyways,

Actually, autoblogs can make money yes, but not thousands of dollars unless u use them for affiliating, that guy on WF is using wp-o-matic, which actually doesnt automate the blog, you have to provide the feeds for it, which just makes your site a clone of another one, and in turn SE hates you But you can get money from autoblogs yes Ask me hehe i know
Auto blogging can only earn very little money since hard to get return visitor. It is better if focus on writing unique content to earn
they can make money, but don;t think of them as "Get Rich Quick" they could earn for a while then get kicked out of search engines killing you traffic.
Actually, autoblogs are not kicked out of SE who told you that? besides, non of those get rich quick schemes really work, when a guy says he made 1000 per week, that means he has been trying of a year to make that untill he was able to, if he even did it, and dont expect to make them by just reading a cpl of pages ebooks. Actually you will be amazed how to can find its own visitors if you do it right. Auto blogs is not just an automatic software, it requires doing some steps at first then letting it grow by itself, Yes unique content will get you more by time, but will take alot of work, autoblogs are for people that dont know how to provide continueos unique content for their blogs, or even know how to and want some extra bucks
Yes the do make money. But... The money they make in my experiance is very small compared to that of a "normal" blog, you can make alot more if you just put some time and effort into the whole thing. I have seen auto blogs make upto $10 in the past but then over $40 when manually controlled. Tom

Yes actually, an autoblog is hard to make over that 10$/ average, unless you do some work and then its not auto hehe
Yeh the auto blog was one of very few in its niche therefore that helped, I would actually expect under $5 normally.
Let's get it listed... This is the wordpress plugin to created the autoblog as it was stated by one of our member before, Caffinated Content YACG AutoBlogged Unique Article Wizard Plugin wp-o-matic Is there any other plugins that works fine for you? Besides wordpress, is there any scripts that build your website by "looking for the content itself"... Let say the script do this... 1) It release bots and spiders which crawls to other blogs or article directory and copy that article. 2) Then the article being processed by the script and being "tweak", "blend" and whatsoever to make it atleast 15% uniqe. 3) Then it post it to the site. (Maybe using the wordpress remote posting feature... Just an idea... Come develop that and make money... It can be done with combination of various open source script of course... But the script that exist for that purpose "all in one", I just yet never find them...
Actually caffeinated content does rewriting if you want just choose the rewrite template. wp-o-matic is not an auto plugin, it requires you give it the rss feed of the source which makes you a copy of anther website and thats bad. If you need anymore help PM me
