I think you can do that. But it will be better if both of your paypal accounts are verified.

Its not compulsory to use verified accounts for a transfer like this.

PayPal allow you to have up to two accounts, one personal and a premium or business account.

You can transfer money between the two accounts but, unless you're transferring from the balance of one account to a personal account, you'll pay PayPal fees.

It's quite legal (just as you can have multiple bank accounts or credit cards) and complies with the PayPal Acceptable Use Policy if you only have two accounts.

You can transfer money to other people too so that should not be a problem. Technically if they are your family members then you really be careful as they may consider it as money laundering. Check with paypal first and tell them your circumstances as it is.

Usually one person have one name and not two names. This is certainly a strange situation, call Paypal and ask them.

Paypal allows you to create two accounts, one personal and one business. I don't see any reason why you would get banned as Paypal allows you to have two accounts.

I don't see any problem when doing that. As long the money and the account is yours, you can transfer it wherever you want.

But to be assure, just contact Paypal regarding this.

I understand that Paypal allows you to have one personal and one business account. Typically that means having the same name in both the accounts rather having two different names but being the same person.
