High PR forums to build backlinks?

Hi does anyone know of any useful forums, possessing a high PR?

The best one I have found so far is Lonely Planet (PR8), but obviously you are limited to what you can discuss on this board. Many of the webmaster forums seem to stuck at PR6... but was looking for a little higher.

Thanks and have a great day.

The links that you would get from that site is just pr 0 because the homepage pr is different from the internal pages.

This is true to all website.

yes because the homepage has a high PR doesn't mean the linking page will give you much link juice too and none at all if its nofollow

Many DP thread are PR3-4, even some profiles are PR3. I use forums to either get deep links or to get targeted referral traffic.

I have seen a good boost with all of my posts here. Of course not everyone is going to do much but if you can be on here, learn, and hit a few PR 2-3-4-5's then you will be good.

You really want to focus on finding dofollow forums that are in your niche. The higher PR the better in most cases all cases unless it is a completely unrelated topic.

I think the PR is not necessary in forums posting. Just try posting in Relevant Forums. Building back links for Forums PR is not Necessary but the Forums are do follow it's necessary.

I had a list of seven high PR forums including Adobe mentioned above.. I think it also included MySQL, AMD, and MSDN.

DevHunters.com is a do-follow forum with about 400K backlinks. It is a PR3 but it is a very powerful forum!

It is an SEO and Web Design type forum.
