1. If your blog is about a niche segment such as travel or electronic goods, etc, you can contact your local shops to advertise with you. Start by charging them on per conversion basis, so if you get a sale for them, take 10% of the amount. You can tell them that since you get 90 people visiting your site daily, all these could be a good potential customer. 2. Sell banner spaces on your blog, although with just 90 visits a day, you won't be able to sell much. 3. Use google adsense, but then again, 90 people won't probably earn you much.

Yeah, 90 won't give you much in terms of income. You need to find some affiliate program that provides better earning opportunity with the niche that you have. Self hosted domain would also help if you really want to establish your presence on the net.
90 uniques is a small traffic. You will need to get atleast 10k uniques monthly to start earning. I would first get a domain name and a wordpress to setup a blog.
I agree, wordperss is great, but blogger is good too, you should just read alittle more about promoting, use twitter, it will help

Study their sites. Take it apart and look at it from every angle. By the way, they got their initial start from advertising. Word of mouth took over. If you want serious traffic, like they get, and to KEEP them coming back, you are going to have to advertise. There is a site you can go to that can show you what other sites looked like when the webmaster first started out. Before that question can be answered in a way that will make sense you need to decide first on how you want to monetize your site (i.e. affiliate,adsense,etc.)? The answer to that can potentially lead down different path(s).
Honestly, with 90 UV dont worry about making money, you can't make anything to speak of - you need more traffic first. Quality content is king, then move to marketing methods, buckle down on that for a while then worry about money.
