You're right, suman817. Buying traffic, advertising is the best way. Anybody who says different just does not know how to advertise, do their research. But some of those sites you gave only get a few hundred hits a day, if that. Pass.
Yes copper12, I agree with you. Buying guaranteed traffic is not useless. It’s another type of marketing technique. We do a lot of things to promote our websites. But we have to do it in an effective way. No advertisement will work if we don’t know how to optimize it. We know search engine PPC ads are very effective. Does everyone get profit from that. Those are success who know the right way to use it.
Tell that to the webmasters who have hundreds of thousands up to millions of hits a month. They know how to advertise, they know how to pick the legitimate advertising agencies, thus it is not a waste of time for them.

Buying traffic has never yielded satisfactory results in my experience, if you are looking to encrease exposure and have some cash, go for a PPC campaign.
