Cpanel Email?

I wanted to have all my staff use an email that matches the site domain so for example the email address would be "user@gamerscommunity.net".

I created these accounts in cpanel but how exactly do the staff login the accounts without logging in cpanel itself?

Also, how can I control the spam?

    Create the e-mails in cPanel.

Your staff can access their e-mails using:
    gamerscommunity.net/webmail

There are spam filters built into cpanel that you can use, or your staff can login using an external e-mail program such as outlook express, thus having a better spam filter.

Thank You! I will look into finding an external email program that has good spam protection. If you guys know one please recommend it!

    login to cPanel
under the Mail Section click mail first icon usually
then in the box at the top it says Add a New Email Account
then below type the username you want then in the drop down box select the domain u want
    lastly add the password

If you read my first post I already stated that I created the accounts I just didn't know how to let the user login them. But I know now. Sorry if my post was confusing.

I use Google Apps for all my email needs. Using Google Apps gives you an assurance that no important email of yours goes to the SPAM folder of the recipient.

Your staff should install an email client like Microsoft Outlook or Mozilla Thunderbird on their computer. This way, the don't need to login to Cpanel to access their email.

How would I use Google Apps Email? Can I use it under my own domain thats being used for the site or must a new domain be registered?
