According to Urban Dictionary, OVAN means : :D
A character from .hack Conglomerate's "The World", appearing in .hack//Roots, .Hack//G.U. Vol. 1, 2 and 3 among other titles. He really wanted to name himself 'Oven' (Seriously...not...), but he mispelled. He tends to be a very mysterious character (I think it's because he and Haseo are a couple of closet-cases and they don't want people to know about their relationship).

Do you need a recipe for the dough? Do you have a stand mixer?

You must because I think anyone can figure out how to add, sauce, oregano, garlic powder, cheese and toppings to a pre-made crust.

There is really no need to make pizzas nowadays. Pizzahut deliveries or just go to the nearest hypermarts and get some frozen pizza. Dump into the Microwave and you are ready to eat.

Not a gourmet pizza eater are you? Real pizza is not cooked in the microwave.

No, the microwave is not at all good for pizza, not even for those so-called "microwave-ready" ones they sell now: you're much better off using a proper oven for anything with bread/dough in it.

You can not make such good pizza at home. It's better to order from your favorite shop.

I make homemade pizzas and they're as good ones you'd buy out.

Here's the recipe I use for the dough:

2 1/4 cups bread flour (can use all purpose flour)
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 packet quick rising yeast

    mix together in bowl

add 3/4 cups luke warm water

    mix up

    add 3tbps olive oil

    mix up

kneed for about 7 or 8 minutes on a floured surface. The dough should be able to stretch a bit without breaking. You want to kneed until you get some elasticity.

ball it up and put in a bowl, cover with towl and let rise for 15-20 minutes.

roll the dough out(look on youtube for different ways to do this)

Then I put olive oil on top of the dough and put my toppings on. I just use any canned sauce, the store brand, or whatever and top with whatever you want, onions peperoni slices, mozarella.

I've got one of these: http://www.walmart.com/catalog/product.do?product_id=3218

My pizzas look pretty much like the pizza in the picture. It's not a camera trick!

But you can buy a pizza stone and cook them in the oven.

You can get an idea on how to do things here:

    http://video.google.com/videosearch?num=100&q=make pizza#

You can also google 'pizza recipe'.

I usually make a garlic sauce with basil, oregano and garlic powder mixed in with melted butter and a little olive oil. You can measure the ingredients to taste then pour over your slices. You can almost feel your arteries hardening while eating. :)

You can also roll this dough up into dough sticks and cook them that way. You can melt cheese on them and either pour sauce over them or dip them in garlic sauce or pizza sauce.

It's not as hard as it sounds guys. It's actually kind of fun. I confess, though, I haven't advanced to pizza tossing yet.
