Amazon Comission Not received

    I have not received my commission for the month of August yet & my commission is already above the paying threshold. I have send them 5 mails up till now every time I have got standard reply that "my request is forwarded to concerned department" but no payment till now
    Is there anyone here who has same experience?
    Please help me what should i do next?

    I always get the answer directly by calling them via phone.Sometime email support get delay for long time.

    I am from India & I have chosen cheque payment type...but I have receive first cheques from amazon within one month
