If Pakistan and India do wage war, expect both nations to be broke very fast.

 

I doubt, India has way better economy, GDP and growth than Pakistan.
So unless the war turns into nuke war, Pakistan will be hit harder than India. India can recover fast.

 

War is expensive, especially if it lasts a long time. Yes, Pakistan will go broke in a matter of a month or so, probably, but Indian will also struggle.

Direct foreign investment dries up fast when wars start. Look at what happened to Russia over the Georgia war.
