use blog finder software that allows you to find high pr blog posts that are dofollow. post comments on them and link back to your page.

Almost common SEO tips are using all SEO and always checking the competitor what they are doing and what BL they have etc. All are looking for new technics to promote but Until now dont find anything not much used

I heard when I was working on a company of SEO's. They says there are 400 techniques they know. But they never teach me one. all I learn is from here..
These little tips might also be helpful 1. Use labels (which show on the pages, it is read as keywords by search engines) 2. Use longtail keywords / phrases. Very helpful.
