If you could explain in more details what you are inquiring about, we could help you out with an answer. If you mean if it is okay to use a VCC with PayPal then that would not be a good idea to do.
There are many advantage of using vcc to verified paypal coz it can prevent credit card fraud in case your paypal in hacked. Beside that,there also down side of it such as if paypal found out,then they will start questioning you non stop. You can use entropay card to do the job
A Virtual Credit Card is a Virtual as the name suggests card, that helps you in Shopping Online. But mostly these days they are used to verify accounts such as Paypal, ebay etc. for the prime purpose of lifting limitations.
VCC or Virtual Credit Card is helpful to verify paypal account fr those who haven't any CC or their country is not supported by PayPal. Just buy from a trusted seller. You can buy a VCC for around $10 to verify PayPal. Sorry I can't provide u any link to buy VCC from trusted seller, bcz DP is now not allowing VCC business here.
What do you want to use VCC for? Verifying paypal? It works, but nowadays it might be not a good idea. Once shit happens they will ask for CC scans, etc. Not good. Shopping? It's quite safe I think. Not sure where to buy nowadays but I thinks there's one trusted site selling VCC, they take LR or something.

Be advised that your VCC can only be used once, therefore you have to exhaust the entire credit in the card for every transaction as any un-used credit cannot be re-used.
How can you load a Payoneer card with a VCC? One VCC has few dollars for artificially verify the PayPal.
In my case, the VCC is delivered by my bank (on top of a standard credit card)., this is just a piece of paper with a card number, the expiration date etc like you would find on a standard credit card. The VCC can only be used to purchase goods/services over the internet )or the phone maybe), it has a lower credit limit (by default) that can be increased if needed and it offers greater protection than my standard credit card for online shopping. Maybe I don't understands what you all means by VCC in this thread. Why do some of you say a VCC is not safe?
Some posters are saying that it's not safe to use a VCC because they are referring to using one on a service such as PayPal which is not safe. For everyday purchasing online, VCC's are safe to use as they add an extra layer of security so you don't have to reveal your real credit/debit card details to a source that you may not be comfortable with.
