Haven't done anything online for over a year and I need some extra cash. If you were me what would you be doing? I have many hours to devote to this, but have no interest in doing something complicated. Just looking for a little work.
Probably the EASIEST way to come up with that money that quickly would be to offer a service, if you have a skill that people would be willing to pay you for. Web design/Ghostwriting/Consulting/etc. could all make you that kind of money depending on the project and the person you're working for. I guess it depends on how uncomplicated you have in mind.
As said, the least complicated way is probably freelancing. This is basically doing jobs for others, mainly writing, designing, that sort of thing. Now, this may be the least complicated way, but it's also pretty tiring and will require a lot of effort. Sure, it's possible, but you'll have to work.
dropshipping - its dead simple (just set up a simple html / css site) add a cart and do a little promotion. $$$ soon comes rolling in
Do people buy from dropshippers though? Personally, I don't do much online shopping. The most would be ebay or amazon.
The idea is that you dont disclose the fact that you are a dropshipper (unless your sales outlet says you must). You operate as if it is your product. Hee hee hee
There are quite a few ways to make money online. All one needs is dedication, hard work, patience and perseverance along with decent amount of the different ways to make money online. Let me list a few things that you could possibly take up: 1. Paid to blog - Do you already own a blog (no matter if you have not updated it in years). You could try websites like PayPerPost or Blogsvertise to blog about products and get paid for that. 2. Freelancing - Do you have something to offer online - website design, photoshop, content writing, data entry or even forum posting. You can make money out of offering these services to those who want it. Pry upon upcoming projects in getafreelancer, rentacoder, elance and other freelancing sites and you are sure to make some decent money out of this. 3. Affiliate marketing - This is the toughest and often confused to be the easiest. In case you need immediate returns, then you should be ready to invest money as well. Choose from any of the affiliate networks like CJ, Clickbank or Shareasale and sell their products. But this is one method where your returns cannot be guaranteed in numbers. -Knewthis?
The best place to start is eBay. YOu can start from your house you must have so many things that you do not need. Get them out and sell them on eBay, you will be surprise how quickly you will make money. Then just progress from there. Thats how I started and now i am a powerseller and making a living on it.
hmm $1,000 in 2 months - why not just get a job? i feel sure even working at Mc Donalds you could make $1k in 2 months
Like others have said -- getting a job is probably the easiest way. That said, I've had a lot of success with freelance website design. I designed a site for a local school and earned about $500 for about a day or two's coding work.
