hmm looks strainge to me. And now Im confused, in the top it says " We are a leading independent UK based online payment company" and below that in the other box it says : "Available only in Pakistan" Also it looks to me strange that you dont have any links for more information, rates etc. available, the wntire website is 1 picture, at least not the best for seo, but maybe they don't need it.
Paisapay used to be an independent payment processing company before Ebay.in bought it a few years ago so it could establish its monopoly on the Indian markets too.
It looks like the paisapay.com.pk is not the same as the one being bought over by eBay. It definitely is a big contradiction. Paisapay does not have a website as it is integrated in eBay http://pages.ebay.in/help/sell/paisapay.html Paisapay.com.pk seems to be a website which pretends to be Paypal supported but what it is doing seems to be against Paypal policies.
