    My one suggestion would be to make the landing page (http://www.rani-mukharji.com/) a little more exciting

    Whoah, she's cute! Why isn't her photo on the homepage? I agree that the front page needs more.

    Also, and this maybe a ton of work, rename all the photos in your gallery to SEO-friendly name like "rani-beach-day-1024-768.jpg" or whatever. The filenames appear on the page in H tags. May as well get more keywords happening.
