Name.com is bad for you if you want to register IDN's.

They have a problem with these domains. I tried to register 3 of them and my money was taken and i received no domain. Now I have to talk with my bank so I can cancel the transactions and take my money.

    They rip you off ...

Did you contact Name.com to try getting it resolved?

I wonder what is going on then?

Name.com have been a good company for quite a while now and would seem to be doing well.

Maybe a system issue they might be having has caused it.

As you see i am not the only one with problems.

Maybe there was a communication problem and do remember it is the Christmas/New Years holiday for many people. Be patient as you may not get a reasonable response until next week or early january. There really is no need to take this issue up with your bank yet (give dates?), even more so if you've already got domains registered with them.

Name.com has a very strong privacy and security policy. They lie down the ICANN policy very harshly and maybe you are the victim of one. Just check the information provided again:
    Are your personal/business/address details correct?
Is your paypal verified and legitimate?
    Is your transaction not suspicious?

    Hey Mate/All,

I had the same problem as I registered over 100+ .cn domains during their promotion.
Some of the orders didn't go through, some went through partially etc...

However, don't worry name.com will refund you (Albeit it may take a while due to holidays etc..)

Currently, the only problem is the TIME it takes for the DNS servers to propagate.
