Well vbulletin is usually good out of the box. But one thing I would change is to just have the thread title in the <title> tag instead of having all that other stuff I cant read.
my 3 suggestions: 1. disable chatbox for guests 2. turn your welcome header into an image this improves your seo A LOT 3. look into vbseo, it's a bit pricey but well worth it.
