By reading this thread, my first encounter with this particular forum, it is very sad how so many people are filled with hate and will argue who is worse when frankly both sides are to blame and pursue this instead of pursuing the answer of peace and how to achieve this.

It takes any idiot to see violence causes damage to the other side, but it takes a normal person to see what non violence does. Call it ideological or whatever they want to call it but trying to reach that goal does no harm. It is sad that people will listen to what they hear, read from the media and form opinions and take sides because they feel they're obliged to do so and never seek the way best for both.

I am a muslim my friends, I hate it when other muslims are killed, but in the same way if a Jew was killed. I hate it when Israel attacks Palestine, but in the same way when the latter attacks the former. Egypt and Jordan have peace treaties with Israel, so instead of arguing about who's worst for the sake of feeling as 'the better man', try and help the need and urgency for peace to grow. Here's a starting point, spread the thought that whoever stops the attacks first will gain sympathy and the support of millions even if they're attacked hundreds of times. Only then can the battle bee on the road to an end.

 

Seems pathetic to find people ( if they can be called Human) who are happy for seeing such Cruel and catastrophic scenes..

 

here's a better starting point, with all respect, spread the idea that Palestinians been peaceful nation who lived side by side with Jews and been expelled and massacred since before 1948 till now, they been killed before Hamas, and Hamas and similar organizations came to defend the Palestinian people when everything else have failed, including the 60 UN resolutions Israel with the help of its tails in US and Europe did not implement.

If the Palestinians just stop resisting, what do you will happen? Peace and happiness will spread? Yah right, Israel's only goal is to rid of the Palestinians no matter how long it takes but they will.

Don't get me wrong, i would love to see those people living side by side like they used to before the state of Israel was created..

I'll give you this, as someone who is currently living in Israel, I strongly support that fact. The Israeli's are rude and arrogant people, and I'll even say that not some of them are, but most of them are.

But at the same time, I have to quote you on another thing:

I'd love there to be peace, but if both sides think that the other side wants to kill them no matter what, well... we're basically screwed.

I know Israel and its supporters have their own definition for peace, which can be summarized in, steal the land, expel the people from their home land, put them in thousands in prisons, and in millions in open air prisons, oppress them, build settlements on their lands, and if they accepted all this and more then Hooray! we have peace,

if not, then they are terrorists,, umm

not sure if that's the way you want it too, but there are more than 60+ UN resolutions that Israel did not implement, is this what you can propaganda? if Israel is really concerned about peace why they did not implement any of these?

If you're going to keep using unimplemented UN resolutions as proof of Israel's violations, then you must also accept the fact that the UN accepts Israel as a sovereign state, thereby nullifying the fundamental basis of your argument and philosophy, that Israel is illegal and doesn't have a right to exist.

If you don't want to accept this, then logically you must stop using violations of UN resolutions to try to further your argument. You can't pick and choose when the actions of a body such as the UN should be given credibility and weight in an argument, and use them only when it suits your needs.

If we are to believe that the actions of the UN have any credibility at all, and that Israel being in violation of any UN resolutions means anything at all, then this, as a function of logic is also an admission of Israel's legal standing in the world, since that very body -- the UN -- recognizes Israel as a sovereign nation and accepts it into its General Assembly.
