    I've used them .. a smaller network that's decent.

    Some of my lead offers were scrubbed fairly fast though FYI ...

    I think he may mean that the dupe rate scrub the advertiser dicated did not let many duplicate submissions in. This is only with "zip submit and email submit offers" all other lead gen offers are never scrubbed on XY7 unless there is clear and apparent fraud. Any questions pm me :)
