    There will be no issues with legal, we stated already in the site page, those contents are not owned by website, those are uploaded by anime fans only. So, whatever they found out which are under copyright, those should be requested to removed from site, then we will decide to remove if they can show us their copyright documents. otherwise, all of contents will be steady on the pages and site is not responsible for contents though. so there will no legal issues with our sites at all, liked rapidshare.

    The site is clean looking, unfortunately the movies are uploaded directly to the site and I am 100% this is not legal. As long as you are small this is not problem (when you fly under the radar).

    yes, we all know, so veoh and megavideo are still alive, because those stuff are uploaded by users. oursite is liked veoh and megavideo, we never uploaded our self, there is uploaders who uploaded to server, server convert to FLV at anime server. So we have already stated in webpage.
