    I am looking for a Dedicated server or a VPS OR Reseller

    requirements:
    CHEAP servers but Good Quality
    Must be allowed to host proxies
    10+ MySQL DB
    20+ Domains
    CGI
    PHP
    POP3 Email
    cPanel
    phpmyadmin
    1GB of RAM+
    Preferred a Linux Server but will work with windows
    AlertPay or PayPal Payments
