You can find the Domain age by using the seoquake / whois.

And to know the updates, use "Metatags Sidebar". It gives the last modified time and date.

there are two different things about age factor:
    1) Website age (ithink: From the day it first indexed by search engine crawlers - it may differ from SE to SE)
    2) Domain age (From the Date of registration of the domain)

It is also important that the website has never been dropped in the middle. Also, there are speculations that since Google is itself a domain registrar, it is possible that they account for when domain names change hands. However, sometime back Matt Cutts from Google dismissed that the age of the website actually plays a great hand at SERPS; though I am yet to see that happen practically :)

Kumar is right, you can use domain whois if you want to know the exact age of a website including other information about that site.

they have already said some websites where you can find this kind of information. Take a look at the forum. If any of you have some experience about how ages of websites may be a source to know how they provide a service in quality terms?
