colors are a bit bright IMO, I wouldn't place the ad right in the middle of your text. If you place that ad on the sides it'll still get plenty of visibility without being a hassle to readers. Overall a good start for your site.
At the first glance of your site, i see this: "Warning: unlink(tmpfiles/091748.) [function.unlink]: No such file or directory in /home2/wap/public_html/index.php on line 45" and that's not good for a new site. The purple background does not please the visitor, try to alter it although the ads placement is perfect. Try different placements each week and check the click rate before sticking on one.
The layout and design looks good but I do not like the color scheme I think you should use a different background color.

Ok we will work on colors, and regarding the error message i have made some changes I hope it will be fixed now.
looks good, I would make the box at the right smaller and make everything above the fold as there is not much content anyway therefore all your advertising is visible which in turn should increase click throughs.
