You stated that "guarantee sign ups" this means Cpa offer sign up. I mean Credit per application. You want customers to sign up to that hosting. So you should concentrate on how to improve your CPA monetization. I mean a person can't grant 100% sign ups. You should have a back ground to settle down that dynamic structure
