    Almost everyday for high PR pages and for low rank unlinked pages it may take months.

    I was afraid I would get that answer

    Is there a way to manipulate this? I just changed the content on a site to match the tags and titles, now what?

    Just sit back and wait?

    if you have a google webmaster account, re-upload your site map. That will get google to reindex your site meaning a new cache. I can't guarantee anything but it will speed up the process.
