A. directory submission ( Waste Of time )
B. search engine submission (Waste Of time, coz search engine will find your website also there is just 3 best/major search engine in all the world "google/yahoo/msn" )

C. Link Building (with a solid strategy it can be one of the best technique, i'm lovin it)

D. social network ( yes it contribute on Linkbuilding+make buzz easy )

E. forums posting ( yes it contribute on Linkbuilding+make buzz easy )

F. blog comment posting. (if you are smart, it's good technique )

G. RSS submission
H. Article Submission
I . E-book Submission ( yes, it help to build a "brand name" )

 

blog comment posting is a good technique, but you need to find the Do follow blogs.
Posting comments, in nofollow is doesn't have any use in front of search engines but, they improves ur brand name.

E-book submission, helps but, it is a big task for small companies.

 

don't waste your time with ebook submission. focus on things that will increase your backlinks and link popularity.

A, B and H have no effect for increasing traffic in my experience.

I think every thing is important except a & b to some extent as some will give you organic traffic & some will help you to build up a brand name which in return give you offline linking as friends refer site in offline world ( do u forget that ) & somehow E-book & Article submission is not for particularly every type of niche. still Guys Do Learn & Earn as I am doing the same learn & earn

 

I feel contents matter the most to satisfy your visitors. Apart from that concentrate on SEO, link building (from related niche), article directory submission (like ezine...), blog comments, directory submission and forum posting, in that order, imho

 

According to google they are seeing most reputable websites in future.So you better concentrate on article submission and yahoo directory submission - consider ezinearticles,squidoo,hubpages,isnare for article submission.
Then PLR submission.Then link from high PR and of same category websites.
The most and important is request in email for link to your website to the webmasters of your class.
No more cheating google.

Remove all the points with the word "SUBMISSION" in them, and you have a better utilization of your time. I have been working with websites since late 2004 and I have never submitted any of my URLs or RSS feeds to search engines or anywhere. Ok, I have not built a Google, but still my websites have always had decent traffic and search engine rankings.

Social network building - yes, a great start. Make friends who might be interested in your website, discuss in message boards related to your website..in short make your presence felt.

For the same reason, blog commenting and forum posting needs to be done.

Link building - naah, don't do it. Instead work on traffic building, the non-spam way and I am sure you will see results.
