indian net speed going down.

i m from india. and i m suffering from slow net speed . i m ask from some other indian frnd then they say that they also suffering from slow net speed.


if anybody know reason then plz share.

There were some sea cables cut down.

In UK we got 1 gbps connection so dont find speed going up or down.

 

India takes internet from Egypt which gets it from France through a cable under the mid sea which has some problems and they are working to fix it since last friday

 

thanks to all but speed is too low.
i m cant able to do anything becaz i think this is working only 10% against previous speed.

download speed is 5-10kbps now

I'm from australia, but i still get bad internet speeds, so does most of the world

 

I am having huge problem for the speed as well as it is getting disconnected so frequently that i dint use net for a few days.

 

Everywhere in India (I am with BSNL Broadband) the download speed is like that. So there is no need to worry. Wait till the repair work is completed.

i m from india,hyderabd,ISP bsnl ,i have used my net 2hrs ago and its was ok my plan is 256 and i was getting speed of 30,
2-3 days ago i was facing that problem r u still facing that then better contact Your operator

 

I am facing no problem their some cables cut in the Eygpt

 

I have not faced any speed problems though being in India...even after the given cable breakage.....at least so far !!!

Well not all ISP effected by this but national service provide BSNL is most effected because of this and now things is better now and I think from tomorrow original speed will be back. As from CC, they fixed most of problems now.

 

There are many issues with the cables being cut, and it can happy all over the world.

No need to worry, the operators are dealing with it and I am sure that it shall be fixed within due time.

I am always on 115.2Kbps. I am using a Mobile Phone (Cell Phone) Wireless Modem which I have on my laptop.

It is an OK speed. Everything is fine...

browser speed is ok but i m talking about download speed.

i m from rajasthan india and i m have bsnl 750 unlimited plan.

so i think only bsnl customer having this problem.

Yes you are right! I have same plan at home and I have same plan of BSNL. Downloading speed was less then 10 Kb/S but now sometimes I am getting same speed like in night hours so wish it will be solved in next 1-2 days.
