    It might be worth mentioning there are literally thousands of sources on the internet offering free photoshop brushes ranging all the way back from Photoshop 5 to CS4.

    It really depends on the kind of brush you're after, but plenty can be found by doing a quick search in Google. Have youself a gander at some of the following sites to get yourself started. If you don't link anything you see then you can always get in touch with some of the people who have already made you an offer and see what they can come up with :)

    It just says he earns full rights, doesn't necessarily want to sell them. Maybe he just wants to use them without having to worry....

    In which case free ones are excellent
