It's simple and well organized which is important for a directory. I would try to avoid using so many colors though as you don't want to risk looking like a rainbow. Also, under partners I would remove all but one of the 'your link here' links. This makes the site look cluttered and desperate for links. Overall I'd give it a 7 out of 10, not bad but also has room for improvement.

it has too many colors in my end ... almost like a rainbow like someone above stated Rest assured, it has a nice design .. I would say 7/10
