I still unsure on your question about download links? but I have some idea.
You have to upload your files yourself and get others to download them, either by using your website or forums that have download sections.

Not sure if I understand question, but I'll try to answer; you can't see others links, there are not any archive of files on the site, every uploaded file is personal and can't be viewed or accessed unless uploader decide to share it.

 

no no no... you upload the files and uploading.com hosts it for you...unlike a torrent there are no seeds.
