I am new to drop shipping. I am from india and i am having a website. I like to sell products in my website and in ebay.
I see that each and every drop shipping companies are different.
Till now i don't have a clear idea about drop shipping. Here are some questions i have ?

What is the best drop shipping company ? ( mostly free ). I am having account in dhgate & hotbuy4u.com, & alibaba what is the best ?
If dhgate is best, can anyone explain how it works, weather the manufacturing companies will ship the goods or dhgate will ship the good. It will accept paypal payments.

    What about sales tax ?

What are the problem will i face while using drop shipping ?

If i sell in my websites, really peoples will buy from my site leaving ebay and amazon.

    Please help me with this............

It would depend on the products, development, and marketing.

Beileve it or not but your choice of dropshipping +my website is more likely to succeed than dropshipping +ebay or amazon Subject to the things that dcristo mentioned:D

If you're dropshipping, the company you with, will handle all the shipping product to the buyer without needing your help.
Based on my experience, people tend to buy more from ebay compare to my website coz they think ebay is more reliable compare to my website.

Majority of actual manufactures wont dropship, so more than likely you'll be buying from a reseller, therefore you will not be able to sell for the cheapest price. I strongly don't recommend dropshipping. Buy your products in bulk, and resell that way.

Spot on. Most manufacturers probably are not even familiar with the term dropshipping.

I too have a idea to buy in bulk and resell, but investment is the big problem. And also i am don't have as much of knowledge about import and export and tax, etc., I want to develop my knowledge.
