Where to put links on your blog

I am about to add links (both reciprocal and recommended) to my blog, and I am wondering. Where should I put them?

Should I just make a new page, and add it to my menu, or should I just add all the links to my sidebar?

I guess that all my partners would prefer the sidebar, because then, their links will be visible on all my pages, but on the other hand, their links will be below the scroll.

But, what if there are going to be many links? Not sure right now, but I guess it can end up being quite a few.

I don't think you should have more than 10 links on the sidebar. Depending on your design, you can fit the links in footer, some featured links can also come on header tabs.

Could you have a rotating blogroll on your side bar, highlighting 10 at a time?
