heh, first there is just 3 major search engine. google, yahoo and msn so when you submit website to other Search engine, simply you waste your time. but if you really want this: there is a free service called submitexpress.com, it will submit your website to more than +40 site. BUT IT STILL A WASTE OF VALUABLE TIME.
why do you want to spend time submitting to search engines? it is no longer needed as search engines will find your site through backlinks
