you can find the email list as per your business or product related from internet.

just go on search engine and search with your business keywords and collect the email list from the website.

another way to find the list there are many website go provide the service to collect the email list from internet on for you and also send a mail on all the collected email containing the content provided by you.

they are using bulk emailing software for that.

we at direct to india provide email markeing service on email and inquire based.

for more detail and quote pls. send me PM.

do the emails that you have collected comply to the CAN-SPAM act, also the mailing setup is quite expensive.

IMO it still has value as long as it is permission based and your mailings are high quality and relevant. Buying email lists is not worth it.

E-mail marketing works if you know what your doing and have e-mails that are targeted for a certain niche you don't need millions of e-mails either.

If your buying lists from random companies just take your money and throw it away it's the same thing.

When you buy lists from real e-mail marketers you already have infrastructure to mail on yourself and your going to be doing a rev-share.

    What you will need....

Software to mail on (port 25 is a good standard)
Servers to mail with ( invest a good 5k to start)
You'll need to setup a system where you can admin the data through a database into a sender system then into a MTA (mail transfer agent) then it gets sent on IP's you own. A class C block will run from $750.00 to 4k a month depending on who you buy it from.

That's pretty much the basics of e-mail marketing, doing it on a shoestring budget is never going to work but once you have it going you can make a nice sum of money with less then an hours work a day. And you can handle other people's data lists for a rev-share also.

Well, goodmast3r, if you think it works, go for it.

For something to think about, though, keep in mind that many addresses on that list MIGHT be throw away. Meaning users used a throw away e-mail address, like Yahoo. I do it all the time. Many of my readers do so too. A LOT of people do.

So you will be spending money on useless addresses. Not to say that the entire list is like that.

Also keep in mind that many of them who are now on the list may have long since stopped reading e-mail sent to them. Add those to the throw-away addresses.

Next, you have to get them to buy. The rate is less than 1% for just about all products out there. This does not include sex, free stuff, and whatnot.

Ask yourself: How much is the list? Can I get my money back, plus profit???

You have to do the math.

In the end, is the list really worth it?

Is it safe to assume that you want to make money off of it?

If so, as an advertiser myself who knows better, I wouldn't do it.

But, the only way to know, to feed your curiosity is to go ahead and try it.

But, remember, just because you get visitors does not mean a damn thing if your bounce rate is high, and, IF, they don't come back. Sort of like signatures, that so many morons think works.

Sorry to be seeming so negative, but I think webmasters should know the reality of it all, and go from there.

Try it, but use your brain, and tread lightly!

Email marketing definitively works if you are selling the right product. I've been using it for quite some time and I can't complain about the results. Of course some products sell better than others but that as anything in life.
You just have to find the right product to sell or the right list to promote your product.
